School Grant Call for Proposals

Proposals are due March 31, 2011

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN YOUR GRANT PROPOSAL:

• Description of the project.
• Your goals for the project.
  
• The number of students who will be involved.
  
• A proposed budget showing specific products or services and their costs.
  
• Any other pertinent information.

 

To evaluate the grant proposals and make awards, we will use a ten-point system:

1. Six points will be assigned to proposals that relate directly to coldwater and environmental issues.
   
2. One point will be assigned to proposals that involve more than 15 students.
   
3. One point will be assigned to activities that have an outdoor, field component.
   
4. One point will be assigned to proposals that include hands-on activities.
   
5. One point will be assigned to activities that take place over an extended period of time, or build on previous work.
